Did you know that avocados are cultivated also in Calabria and Sicily?
We decided to bring the Ionian Sea together with the upper Adriatic Sea with this tartlet with avocado cream and anchovies produced by CAPE TRIESTE of course!
The recommended pairing is a Friulano by Marco Sara of Savorgnano del Torre .... but obviously this is no ordinary Friulano, but rather the ERBA ALTA 2020 obtained from partly botrytised grapes that give it that perfect glyceric side to counteract the savouriness and accompany the freshness of this aperitif.
