It is undeniable that one of the fundamental pillars of the Friulian diet is CHEESE! It is actually very difficult to avoid it … it is sooooo good!!
On 15th March, we will let you taste delicacies from some small local artisanal producers (in particular Elisa Manig from Tiglio di San Pietro al Natisone and l'Asan e La Mussa from Cividale) and how these marvels are transformed by the young Anup Canuti in the Val Colvera valley through ageing in caves.
Each course will be accompanied by a wine selected from our cellar ... the vintages will be a surprise and we will reveal them to you that very evening!
